Overview of ESET Purchase Process
If you’ve already purchased ESET and just need to download it, follow the instructions below. Note that these instructions are for users who have purchased a license for ESET Smart Security, ESET NOD32 Antivirus, or ESET Cyber Security Pro. If you’re not sure which product you have, check your order confirmation email or contact customer support.
- Go to the My Accounts page on the ESET website and log in with your username and password.
- Click on the “Licenses” tab at the top of the page.
- Find the license you want to download in the list of licenses and click on the “Download” button to the right of it.
- Follow the prompts to choose where you want to save the file and start the download process.
- Once the download is complete, run the executable file to start installing your software.
Step-by-Step Guide on How to Download ESET Already Purchased
If you’ve purchased ESET and are ready to download it, follow the instructions below. We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step so that you can get started using your new software right away.
- Go to the My ESET customer portal at https://my.eset.com and log in with your username and password.
- Click the Licenses tab at the top of the page, then click the License ID number for the product you want to download.
- On the License Details page, scroll down to find your product’s download link under the Downloads section. Click the link to start downloading your software.
- Once the download is complete, run the installer file and follow the prompts to install ESET on your computer. Be sure to restart your computer when prompted so that all changes can take effect.
- That’s it! You’re now ready to start using your new ESET software!
